Cancellation Policy

I totally understand that sometimes things get in the way of plans and we get ill. As a mother myself also know that sometimes our children take priority over appointments. I’m also self employed so if clients cancel last minute I cant fill the space and therefore I don’t get paid for the time I allocated to treat them.

So here is my policy :

Cancel outside 48hrs  – no problem at all.

Cancel within 48-24hrs I will note it in your file. 3 notes and I will require a 50% deposit to secure your next appointment.

Cancel on the day I will charge 50% cancellation fee.

No shows owe me the full appointment fee.

I’m incredibly honest and if I fill your slot then you don’t pay a penny (just owe me chocolate).

Lateness

I am on time 99% of the time. If you are running late let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you. You can see the allocated time on your bookings if you need to check.

Children in the Salon

This is a common sense one – if they can sit still or play quietly (and not try and pick up sharp objects or drink disinfectant) then they are welcome.  I have a tablet and Netflix which they are welcome to watch.

Also please be mindful that I allocate a certain amount of time so we can’t keep stopping.

Puppies and Kittens welcome at all times, in fact I’ll give you a 10% discount if you bring one.

Parking

I can allocate you a space for your appointment time – please vacate the space for the next client. If you want a little longer ask me if anyone else is in straight away – if its free its yours to have to nip into Booths or grab some lunch.

Medical Conditions

Please inform me if you have any new medical conditions or if you may be pregnant.

Payment

I accept cash, cards, bank transfers and champagne as methods of payment.
