People have the right to self-identify in regards to their gender and may feel that terms such as pan-gender, poly-gender, third gender and genderqueer are more reflective of their gender identity. Through our related policies and procedures, The Beauty Guru team will strive to support all transgender, non-binary and gender-non-conforming people and we will do all we can to ensure that we have the right knowledge, training and insight to accommodate them.
