The Wax Guru Training Course

Face Waxing.

Introduction.

This half-day, hands-on workshop is just the ticket for modern barbershops, hairdressing salons and beauty therapists who are looking to extend their male grooming services and capture a new market.

Step away from the trimmers... facial waxing is a fast and simple-to-learn alternative for removing unwanted tufts from the nostrils, ears, eyebrows, temples and cheekbones.

It's a great value upsell that gets long lasting results and can easily be added to the end of a shave, facial or haircut.

All treatments can be performed either on a beauty couch or in a barber's chair, with no need for extra floor space or expensive equipment. Setup and ongoing product costs are minimal and offer a high profit margin, with treatments taking just 5 minutes to carry out and adding £££s to a stylist's pay packet... and your profits!

The days of the monobrow are numbered.

Sam Marshall - The Waxing Guru.

Sam brought the Brazilian wax to Manchester in 2004, a time when it was just starting to get talked about as Beauty Manager at Urban Retreat in the prestigious Harvey Nichols.  Her name spread like wildfire between friends and colleagues until her column was dominated with this once-specialist treatment.

Sam then embarked to train her team, creating Manchester’s elite waxers – renowned for their discretion, speed and ability to put their somewhat apprehensive clients at ease within minutes.

One client was so impressed that she wrote an article about Sam, placed in a local magazine in 2007.

Having been asked to teach various friends’ salons she now runs her own course accredited by Professional Beauty Direct. Sam also sits on the Habia Professional Registers Advisory Committee.
