We don’t just offer trans friendly beauty treatments, we champion trans people. We offer a friendly, professional environment where all staff are passionate trans allies.
Most days 1/3 to 1/2 of our clients are trans (how fab is that - we think so!)
Sam is so passionate about supporting the community she wrote a Trans Awareness course for the beauty and spa industry. You will consistently be treated with respect in a professional environment. Whether you are part-time, out or just at the beginning of your journey, rest assured we can guide you to the most appropriate gender affirming treatments for how you want to look and feel right now.
We love doing first brows, advising on gender-affirming hair removal and also offering all treatments within our inclusive environment. We capture pronouns, not gender at the time of booking and understand (as much as we can) what you need from a beauty salon.
As a proud NHS provider of gender affirming hair removal, we understand the need to get you the results as quickly as possible.
The NHS pay us for :
8 sessions of laser for the face, or 16 hours of electrolysis (Or a combination of the two)

Intimate Waxing.
As a specialist and educator in intimate waxing for all genders, whether you are pre op, post op or simply like to be waxed as a female, I am professional and sensitive to your needs and requests. I understand the importance of feeling comfortable with your therapist and have much experience in this field. I offer a full service of trans beauty treatments (all treatments are gender-neutral).
If you are Female who hasn’t had Gender Affirming Lower Surgery, then please book for “Intimate Wax” - this gives me the time I need.

"I was offered the opportunity of an intimate wax by Sam as her model for the benefit of three students in her class and as a Transwoman, I presented in female form for the treatment.
I was treated with the uppermost respect by Sam from the moment I arrived on site; Sam is a friendly warm person, she greeted me with a hug and immediately made me feel at ease and very welcome, so much so, I felt that there was nowhere else I would have rather been at that moment in time.
I was shown to a comfortable and very adequate changing facility; I was asked if there was anything else I require and again was put at my ease by continuing reassurance by the lovely Sam.
Once in the classroom the treatment was explained to me and once the treatment began, I felt very relaxed and again was reassured throughout. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and would wholeheartedly consider Sam as excellent practitioner within the trans community particularly, as she has the knowledge, natural warmth and innate ability to interact with trans people in a caring, respectful and professional way.
This lady is fabulous and in my opinion, it would be very difficult if not impossible, to find a more capable person to provide treatments to Trans people.
